Shipping FAQ

What is your shipping schedule?
We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and extreme weather issues. The roastery is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

When will my order shipped once I place it?
Orders placed after 6am EST will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 6am or Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, unless we are closed for a holiday, in which case it will be shipped Tuesday. Please note, because coffee is a very time sensitive product, our roast schedule may be changed due to needing to roast fresh coffee.

Where is my order?
You will receive a tracking update once your order has reached our carrier. If it has been over a week since your order was placed, please reach out to us: hello@georgehowellcoffee.com

 

Can I change my shipping method once my order is placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot change your method as it is paid for securely during checkout.

What happens if my order is lost?
We are not responsible for packages that are rerouted and not delivered. If a package is shipped to an access point and not picked up within the allotted time, we are not responsible for reshipping or replacing the order.

How do I get free shipping?
Orders $50 or more receive free shipping!

 

Pick Up FAQ 

What is the address for pickup?
The Roastery
312 School Street
Acton, MA 01720
Take the sidewalk in the front of the building to the first glass door on your right. George Howell is located to the left when you enter.


How long will it take before I can pick up my order?
You will receive email notification when your order is ready. In most cases, orders placed by 6:00am will be available for pickup between 1:00pm-5:00pm on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00am will be ready the following business day Monday through Friday from 1:00pm-5:00pm. 

What are the hours for pickup?
Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Hours may vary due to holidays. 


Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, due to Health Code regulations we are unable to accept returns of coffee products.
 

How long will you hold my order?
We will hold you order for up to two weeks. After two weeks the product will be discarded and you will need to place another order. No refunds will be issued for products that have been discarded after this time frame.

Will you ship my order if I'm not able to pick it up?
Unfortunately, we cannot change from pick up to delivery.
