Kalita Wave Dripper 185
The Wave Series by Kalita brings a classic brewing dynamic to the art of pour-over coffee. The Kalita Wave dripper features a flat-bottomed brew bed for even extraction, and a filter design that reduces contact between brewing space and the dripper itself. This helps the coffee to drain and promotes a clean, quality cup. The 185 is the larger model and can yield from 12 up to approximately 26 ounces of brewed coffee, ideal for brewing greater volume in one pour-over. Stainless steel and dishwasher safe.
BREWING TIP
All grinders will produce a mix of course and fine particles – none are perfect, however, burr grinders produce far more uniformity. If your resulting cup is too strong and/or bitter, adjust your grind slightly coarser. If it is too weak and/or sour, adjust slightly finer.
